Event Details

• Date: Wednesday, April 2
• Gates Open: 5:30 PM
• First Pitch by Lenovo North America President Ryan McCurdy: 6:35 PM
• Fireworks Show: Approximately 9:00 PM (Post-Game)

Stadium Access & Entrances

• General stadium gates will open at 5:30 PM for all attendees.  
• Center Field Gate will open at 5:15 PM for those arriving via rideshare.          
• The Lenovo Group Entrance will be located in front of the traffic circle on Mangum Street. Employees arriving via Lenovo shuttle will be dropped off at this location.

Transportation & Parking

Pick-Up from Raleigh Convention Center (RCC):

• If you are staying in one of the pre-allocated hotels* (see below for list of hotels) , there will be a Lenovo shuttle service provided to and from Durham.
• For guests staying in one of the non-walkable hotels, shuttles will depart the RCC at 4:30 PM. Shuttles will stop at your hotel for a 15-minute window, to allow you to drop bags, change shoes and grab a warm layer, before continuing to Durham.
• For guests staying in one of the walkable hotels, shuttles will depart the RCC at 5:00 PM, allowing you time to walk back to your hotel first to drop bags, change shoes and grab a warm layer. Please walk back over to the RCC to board your shuttle for travel to Durham.

Lenovo Shuttle Drop-Off: 

• Lenovo shuttles will drop-off employees at the traffic circle near Aloft Hotel (see map). This location is only intended for Lenovo shuttles. 

Departure Back to Raleigh:

• Shuttles will depart the stadium from the same drop-off location. Shuttles will be marked for their respective hotels (non-walkable) or the RCC (walkable).
• Shuttles will depart back to Raleigh after the fireworks. Please note the end time for the game could be anywhere between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• There will be a small number of shuttles available for departure starting at 8:15 PM for anyone that would prefer to leave earlier.

 

Personal Transportation

• Free street parking is available at the main entrance (Jackie Robinson Drive & Blackwell Street).
• There are also several parking garages around the ballpark, and the cost is $10 per vehicle.

 

Tickets & Seating

Tickets:

• Employees must request a ticket in advance via the Ticket Concierge Live link. This is separate from this registration site.
• When requesting your ticket, you will be prompted to select whether this ticket is for personal or business use. ***Please select PERSONAL. ***
• A communication from Lenovo.com also was sent with instructions ands a link on how to claim and download your ticket.
• Employees must request a ticket by March 24.

• This employee celebration event is currently open to designated employees only and not families or other guests. General admission tickets are available on the Durham Bulls website for purchase, however.

Ticket Delivery:

• Tickets will be delivered virtually from Ticketmaster via email three days prior to the event.
• Each ticket will include a $20 stadium credit for food, drinks or merchandise.
• It is recommended that attendees download both the game ticket and the F&B voucher to their digital wallet before arriving at the ballpark. Instructions on how to access the F&B voucher can be found here. For easy access during the game, screenshots of both QR codes will work. 

Lost Tickets:

• If you have any issues with your ticket or Food & Beverage voucher, please email tickets@durhambulls.com or visit the Main Box Office with a government-issued ID for assistance.

Seating:

• Stadium employees who are scanning tickets will direct guests to the Lenovo section.                                         
• There will be open seating within the designated area (see map for details). You do not need to follow the seat assignment listed on your ticket.

 

Food & Concessions

• Concessions Open: 5:30 PM
• $20 Stadium Credit: Can be used for food, drinks or merchandise.

• The Lenovo section will feature two beverage stations and a Two Roosters stand.

 

Weather Policy

• The stadium is open-air, please dress appropriately.                                        
• In case of severe weather, updates will be provided by 1:00 PM on game day.

Bag Policy:                                         

• Bags up to 16" x 16" x 8" are allowed; all bags are subject to search.                                         
• Medical bags are permitted.
